General Shop Policies:
Please read our shop policies before sending an email or DM, most questions we get can be answered here! Please contact us via email at as opposed to DMs or comments on social media. We get many DMs and comments daily and we can not get to all of them in a timely manner. We try to get to your messages as quick as possible, but sometimes we receive a high volume of order inquiries and it may take a few business days to get back to you. Thank you for your patience! 
Once your order is shipped it is out of our hands, however we will always do our best to resolve any issues you may come across. With most shipping, delivering, and tracking concerns it is best and quickest to contact your local post office before us because they will have more information than we do about your order status.

We do not do returns, refunds, or cancellations. 
Our processing time is 1 week, though orders typically are sent out sooner. 
If your package is returned to us because of an error in your address, you will be required to purchase another shipping label before your order is sent out a second time. If you do not wish to have your order sent out again, it will be canceled. If a mistake is made on our part and the order is returned, we will ship it out again free of charge. If you would like to change your shipping address on your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We can change your shipping address as long as the order has not already been sent out. 
  • How long does shipping take?

Orders will typically ship out within 1 week, unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders during holidays or sales. If you need an order rushed or need it delivered by a certain date, please let us know via order notes or email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs! Once your order is sent off it is out of our control and we can't guarantee how quickly it will arrive.


  • Can I get a tracking number?

Orders are sent by USPS or UPS and receive free tracking numbers. If you don't receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped, feel free to reach out and we can get it for you. Orders that are shipped in plain envelopes (ex. stickers) will not receive a tracking number. 


  • What do I do if my crystal arrives broken?

Unfortunately accidents happen in transit and we will always do our best to make your order right. Please contact us right away if you receive a damaged product. Please send photos of the damaged order you received along with the damaged packaging so a claim can be filed with USPS. If your order is broken, we will replace your piece as long as there is stock available. We will do our best to resolve your issue and a refund will be the last option if the situation can not be resolved any other way. 


  • Can you do gift wrapping?

Yes! If you need gift wrapping or a message attached to your order, please leave a note at checkout. 


  • My order says delivered but it isn't here?

Please contact your local post office first with delivery or tracking concerns! They will likely be able to resolve it quicker than we can, because our first suggestion for you will be to contact them. Sometimes a package will be marked as delivered, but will still be at your local post office, so it's best to check there first! If you have contacted the post office and your order has been lost or stolen, please let us know so a claim can be filed and we can go from there. Contact USPS about missing mail HERE


  • Do you accept payment plans?

Yes! You can set up a payment plan via ShopPay for orders of $50 or more. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a ShopPay payment, you will have to contact them because we do not have access to this information. 


  • Where do you ship from? 
We are located in Virginia, United States.



  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are based in the United States and can ship to many countries worldwide. We are hoping to be able to ship to every country very soon! Once shipped, tracking numbers are not updated as frequently as domestic orders. International orders can take up to a month to arrive once shipped, and that is out of our control. We can not guarantee your package arriving by a certain date if you are international. If you are not able to get an order shipped to your country on our website, please consider checking out via our Etsy shop instead, where more countries are available.


  • Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do have a wholesale catalog! Please send us an email for more information, or check out our wholesale shop on Faire.


  • Where do you get your crystals?

We have a carefully crafted list of wholesalers that we source our crystals from. We have spent years building connections across the world with suppliers and miners. Our crystals come from all over the world such as Brazil, Pakistan, Congo, China, Peru, Madagascar, and more.
