What is shungite good for?
Shungite is a carbon based mineral and was deposited on earth as early as Precambrian times. Because of its high amount of carbon, it has been used as a water purifier and also protects you from EMFs. However, I’m always extra cautious about crystal infused waters and wouldn’t recommend drinking them because you never know what small trace elements could be in your stone!
